Packages
Here's the simple version: pick the booking style that matches your event. We'll confirm availability, power needs, and the best menu setup for your crowd.

For Hosted Pop-Ups, we take a $150 non-refundable date-hold deposit to reserve your time. Reschedule is free 14+ days out. 7–14 days out: $100 reschedule fee. Under 7 days: deposit is forfeited.
Public Vendor Pop-Up
No booking fee
- • Approval required — apply and we'll review for fit and availability
- • Best for festivals, markets, vendor halls, and community events
If you have a vendor packet or event rules, drop it in the booking form and we'll confirm availability + fit.
Guaranteed Minimum Pop-Up
$250 / $400 / $600 minimum
- • Organizer guarantees a minimum sales amount (tiered)
- • If sales don't hit the minimum, organizer pays the difference
- • Perfect for smaller events that still want a premium drink bar
We'll recommend the right minimum tier based on your headcount and event flow.
Hosted Pop-Up (Private Event)
$300 hosted fee
- • Best for private parties, company events, and booked time slots
- • Hosted fee covers the pop-up setup and reserved time window
- • Guests can still purchase drinks and food during service

Prepaid Drink Tickets
50-ticket minimum • ~$8 per ticket
- • Great for sponsored events and 'drinks included' packages
- • Organizer prepays tickets; guests redeem on-site
- • Simple for lines: scan/collect ticket, serve fast
Want custom ticket tiers (VIP, bundles, add-ons)? Put it in the request and we'll set it up.
- • Power access is preferred (we can be self-contained if needed).
- • Last-minute bookings are welcome if we're available.
- • Travel fee may apply beyond 20 miles from Grand Junction.
Refer a pop-up, earn your loot
Know an event organizer, game store, or festival that needs a drink vendor? Refer them to us. When the pop-up booking is completed, you get rewarded.
How it works
- • Tell an event organizer, venue, or community group about Stews & Brews.
- • They book a pop-up event with us (via the form or contact).
- • They mention your name when booking.
- • Once the pop-up is completed, you get $20 drink credit (digital code or physical Referral Loot card).
- • One reward per completed pop-up booking. No limit on how many you refer.
This is for referring pop-up event bookings only — not individual customers. The referral counts when the event is booked and completed.
DM Request Form
This is the official request form for DM matchmaking. If you want to run a table at one of our game nights (or you're a group looking for a DM), submit this and we'll reach out.
- • We review your request and follow up by email.
- • If it's a fit, we'll coordinate table count, location, and time window.
- • We'll share expectations so everyone has a good time.
Note: This is community matchmaking — we can't guarantee a match, but we'll do our best.
